Shipping Policy

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi by courier . Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss how you would like the order handled. Greenviv Online does not back order, that is, does accept orders which we cannot fulfil immediately.

FREE SHIPPING:

Order value above Rs. 1000/- and get shipping free (*within India only)

DELIVERY FOR PREPAID ORDERS:

2-5 Business days within India
10-12 business days outside India

CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS:

7-14 Business days within India. Rs.60/- will be charged for Cash on Delivery service on any order value.
Order deliveries will be made between 9am - 5pm Monday – Friday.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. Greenviv Online takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Greenviv Online is not responsible for damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size , volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments

RETURNS POLICY

It is Greenviv’ intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund for any full priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
To return any items, please contact Customer Service or by email care@greenviv.com
All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition.
Postage will not be refunded.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. Greenviv Online is not responsible for damage after delivery.
Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
